What type of ear piercings do you offer?

We offer lobe and outer cartilage piercings. We do not offer inner-ear piercings.

Not sure what placement you want? We’re happy to help you plan a look that works with your ear and the stack you’re creating.

What piercing system do you use?

We use the Inverness Ear Piercing System, designed specifically for ear piercing. The system uses sterile, pre-packaged piercing earrings and provides a quick, gentle piercing experience.

Do you pierce with a piercing gun?

No. The Inverness system is a hand-pressured piercing instrument, not a traditional spring-loaded piercing gun.

How old do you have to be to get pierced?

For minors age 5 and up, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent. 

Can I get both ears pierced at the same time?

When two trained team members are available, we may be able to pierce both ears simultaneously—perfect for younger guests or anyone who wants to get it done all at once!

Availability may vary, so let us know when booking if simultaneous piercing is important to you.

How much does ear piercing cost?

Your piercing is included with the purchase of your piercing jewelry. Jewelry prices vary based on the style you select.

What jewelry can I choose from?

We offer a curated selection of piercing studs in 14k Gold, Titanium, and Surgical Steel. Sizes, shapes, and styles vary, so you can choose something that fits your look.

Whether you want something simple and classic or a little extra sparkle, we’ll help you find the perfect piece.

Can I bring my own earrings to be pierced with?

No. For safety and sanitation, piercings must be performed using compatible, sterile piercing jewelry designed for our piercing system.

Can you help me create a curated ear?

Absolutely! This is one of our favorite parts.

We can help you think through placement, spacing, and jewelry combinations so your new piercing complements the earrings and piercings you already have.

Does getting your ears pierced hurt?

Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but the actual piercing happens very quickly. Most guests describe it as a quick pinch or pressure.

We’ll explain the process before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.

What happens during my appointment?

We’ll help you select your jewelry, discuss placement, carefully mark your ear, and have you approve the placement before piercing.

Once you’re happy with the placement, it’s piercing time!

Afterward, we’ll review your aftercare instructions so you know how to care for your new piercing at home.

Is aftercare included?

Yes! Aftercare solution is included with your piercing, and we’ll walk you through the recommended aftercare routine before you leave.

Proper aftercare is an important part of helping your piercing heal successfully, so be sure to follow the instructions provided at your appointment.

How long will my piercing take to heal?

Healing time varies based on the piercing location and the individual. Lobe and cartilage piercings have different healing timelines.

We’ll provide aftercare and healing guidance specific to your piercing during your appointment. Avoid changing your piercing jewelry before the recommended healing period.

Can I get multiple piercings during one appointment?

Possibly! If you’re working on a stack, let us know what you have in mind. We can help determine placement and whether multiple piercings are appropriate for your visit.

What if I already have piercings and just want help styling my ear?

Come see us! You don’t have to start from scratch to create a curated ear.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended so we can reserve time specifically for your piercing experience. Walk-ins may also be accepted based on availability.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean ears and avoid applying makeup, lotions, or hair products directly around the piercing area. If you’re bringing a minor, make sure the required parent or legal guardian is present.
